Thanks to it, you can chop vegetables while holding the mandolin in your hand or place it on the countertop at an angle of 45 degrees. The roller is secured - it is locked in place and does not pose a risk of slipping out. The disassembly shaft position setting is marked on the knob. The flat steel surface is divided into two opening sections, providing easy access to the blades for adjustment, disassembly or cleaning.
