The MSW electric winch was created for trade and is particularly suitable for use in large warehouses or closed rooms. The rope hoist is equipped with a strong steel rope with a length of 12 m, which can carry up to 250 kg. Using a pulley, the pulling force will double to 500 kg. This means that you can easily transport a variety of heavy objects from one place to another. When the pulley is used, the lifting height will be reduced by half to 6 m and the lifting speed will be reduced from 8 to 4 m/min. The lowering speed is 8 m/min and with the pulley it will decrease to 4 m/min. The load will be fixed at all times to a 4,2 mm thick rope by means of a hook. The solid Ck45 steel line will not twist, and will also endure many years of intensive use. Overload protection will ensure that the winch will operate reliably and efficiently for a long time, and the 900 W motor will not overheat. The included crane will also enable transport on the curved rail, provided the curve radius is at least 1 m. The retrieval speed is 16 m/min. The electromagnetic braking system ensures quiet operation and will keep the load without any problem. The hook rotates 360 degrees for easy access to the load from all sides and can be operated via two intuitive 1.45m cable remote controls. A stress reduction was also applied, with which it is possible to work safely all the time. It protects the pilot cables, extending the already long service life of the device. The PROCAT 500 winch can be attached to a steel beam with a width of 68 - 94 mm and a height of at least 110 mm. These beams may be wide-section beams, T-sections or I-sections.
