Disk, cutter for checker boards made of high quality materials for professional catering equipment. The blade is made of hardened stainless steel.
The disk allows you to quickly cut vegetables and fruits into posts measuring 8x10mm or 10x10mm - depending on the choice of the slice disk.
RCDB-10S works with slice disks:
- posts 10x8 mm / 1603 RCSB-8 (symbol: H8)
- posts 10x10 mm / 1604 RCSB-10 (symbol: H10)

Fits Royal Catering RCGS 550 and other manufacturers' models with similar fastening system.
