Professional heater, table food bar for the German manufacturer of gastronomy equipment Royal Catering. Heating the dishes takes place in a container with the size of GN 1/1, which is immersed in a water bath. Temperature regulation in the range from 30 to 90 °C provides a 900W heater and allows for precise adjustment of heat to the type of food.
The GN 1/1 container, which is included in the set, is made of high-quality stainless steel, thanks to which it is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The capacity of the container is 8l, and the height is 65 mm. The GN container is suitable for use in ovens and refrigerators.The water bath is made of durable plastic, resistant to high temperatures.
The water in the container evaporates and heats (from below) the GN container. On the wall of the tub, there is a water level indicator from 2 to 4 liters. The control panel consists of a control lamp, an on/off switch and a convenient knob for setting the temperature on 5 levels. The offered food heater is characterized by intuitive operation and ergonomic design.
