A high pot with a lid of 2,8 liters from the Kitchen Line series of the Hendi brand is a universal dish that will be used both in the home kitchen and in the HoReCa industry. It is characterized by high quality workmanship and capsule bottom type sandwich (magnetic stainless steel 430 with a minimum thickness of 0,5 mm heats aluminum with a thickness of 4 mm, which perfectly distributes heat on stainless steel 304).
The bottom was made in impact bonding technology, thanks to which the layers were perfectly combined, which increases their corrosion resistance and improves heat conduction. The pot is suitable for work with ceramic, gas or electric cookers, as well as induction cookers.
