The device combines several functions necessary for professional soldering work with electronic systems such as SOIC, QFP, PLCC, BGA, SMD etc. The device is fully digitally controlled and controlled by an advanced PID system providing very precise temperature control.

The integrated soldering station consists of devices:

  • ADVANCED CONTROL UNIT enables precise determination of all parameters of the head flask and HOT AIR flask. It has a large, legible LED display indicating the temperature of two flasks: solder and hot air. Control panel buttons let you control:
  1. - solder flask temperature
  2. - temperature of the HOT AIR flask
  3. - temperature of the Preheater plate
  • The soldering station has a convenient holder for the HOT AIR flask to increase the comfort and efficiency of soldering work and a heating plate for preheating integrated circuits, the so-called PREHEATER.
  • SOLDERING IRON - 75W power SHOT FLASK with protection for ESD Safe electronic systems.
  • HOT AIR MODULE with an efficient 650W heater and a fan providing an air flow of 130 l/min. The hot air flask has many applications, among others:
  1. - soldering and soldering of surface mounted components (SMD)
  2. - heating and defrosting
  3. - shrinking of heat-shrinkable shirts
  4. - dissolving of adhesives
  5. - burning of paints
  6. - plastic welding
  7. - many other applications where a temperature of 100 to 480 °C is necessary
