The device combines several functions necessary for professional soldering work with electronic systems such as SOIC, QFP, PLCC, BGA, SMD, CHIP etc. The device is fully digitally controlled and controlled by an advanced PID system providing very precise temperature control.
The hot air flask module is equipped with an automatic cooling mode. After inserting the flask into the handle the tool lowers its temperature. This extends the service life of the structural components of the flask itself. An additional advantage of the offered model is the possibility of using it for plastic welding work.
