Vacuum dryer from the German manufacturer of professional laboratory equipment GOLDBRUNN with high quality components ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation.
The vacuum dryer is used for gentle, accurate and very fast drying of oxidation-sensitive materials: samples, electronic components, laboratory glass, flammable solvents, etc. The tight closure and lack of air circulation inside allows drying of powdered materials and granules. The use of a vacuum eliminated the oxidation of active substances, and the hermetic closure protects the material from external contamination.
Thanks to the possibility of precise temperature setting, it is suitable for tasks in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, university, cosmetics laboratories, as well as in research laboratories of various enterprises, e.g. mining.
Reduced drying time (without condensation) is ensured by the vacuum generated inside the chamber. The chamber creates a pressure lower than the ambient atmosphere - up to a maximum of 133 Pa (0,00133 bar). The vacuum significantly accelerates the dehumidification process. Removing air from the chamber increases the level of safety when handling delicate samples, without creating scale or sediment.
The vacuum dryer uses a digital PID temperature controller which enables precise temperature inside the chamber to be maintained at a constant level (up to 250 °C). Heating intensity, can be adjusted to an accuracy of 0,1 °C.
The rugged aluminum shelf placed in the chamber can be easily slid in or out. Sealed doors are equipped with a vision window made of pressure-resistant, double glass protecting against heat loss and implosion.
The spacious vacuum chamber (with a capacity of 20 liters) is made of durable, anti-corrosive stainless steel, also resistant to chemical agents. Easy cleaning of the chamber ensures smooth interior surfaces and rounded joints.
On the side wall of the device there is a vacuum pump connection valve of Ø 16 mm. The vacuum pump is not included with the unit.
