Professional gastronomic cooker for cooking pasta and dumplings. It will easily cope with cooking frozen dishes.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it has three separate chambers, two with cooking baskets and one with a GN 1/3 container.
All chambers have a water drainage tap and separate temperature control. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to simultaneously prepare dishes with different flavors and use one chamber to keep ready dishes in heat, and the rest with a different temperature to cook. The chamber with GN 1/3 container is also perfect as GN for keeping sauces warm.
The baskets are made of steel mesh with fine mesh, which allows you to cook very small and thin spaghetti pasta, tortellini or tagliatelle.
The water containers are covered with a lid with holes for the feeders, WHICH SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES EVAPORATION AND WATER LOSS.
