Description of blade functionality:
1. The front part of the blade is suitable for cutting small vegetables, e.g. garlic.
2. A thick back can be used to break small cubes or open crustaceans.
3. The side of the blade can flatten filets, pick up chopped herbs, etc.
4 Soft and hard products can be cut using the middle part of the blade. The blade with a curved shape is ideal for chopping herbs.
5. The inverse part of the blade may be cut into elements that are difficult to cut. The force transfer is optimal in this part
