Manual centrifuge for drying washed leaves. The principle of operation consists in placing the product inside the basket, which falls into a rotating vortex, thanks to the gear ratio mechanism at the time of turning the crank. The water falls to the bottom of the bucket and is removed from the bucket using a water drainage system. It is made of polyamide and polypropylene approved for food contact, thus there is no migration of anti-nutrients. It is adapted for washing in a dishwasher.
