The medium pot from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a dish that will be used in professional gastronomy. It is made of stainless steel, and its outer surface is satinated with polished brant. The bottom of the pot is a "sandwich" type construction (stainless steel 304, 18/10 - aluminum 5 mm - stainless steel 430, 18/0, min. 0,5 mm), which combines the properties of aluminum in terms of heat distribution with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel.
The bottom of the pot has been produced in IMPACT BONDING technology, which ensures perfect joining of the layers and thus corrosion resistance and increased heat conductivity.Stainless steel inside the pot enables the preparation of sour meals, and solid non-heating handles ensure comfortable work with the pot.
