The modern engine used for the winch has a magnetic mechanism with a stop function that allows immediate braking of the winch, which guarantees safety and precise and reliable operation.
The winch can be mounted to a tilting arm or to the supporting structure of the hall or warehouse. Two steel clamps are used to fasten the device, which are included with the device.
Rope winding drum is made of steel and has guides for accurate laying of the rope. On the reel winding the rope is mounted an end brake, which protects the device and the rope against excessive winding.
Another protection of the crane is a mechanism that protects the drum against excessive overload and locks the rope in the event of a power cut.
The rope installed in the device is made of durable, stainless steel. It is a non-twisting rope - a special way of producing a rope that protects it from twisting during operation.
There is a place in the body of the device for fixing the rope in case of use of a pulley doubling the load capacity.
Control cassette - integrated wired remote control - is equipped with a winch control button and a safety switch. All control can be done with one hand. The control cable is additionally secured with an anti-break cable and has a length of 135cm.
