The vacuum dryer is used for gentle, precise and very fast drying of materials sensitive to oxidation: samples, electronic components, laboratory glass, flammable solvents, etc. The tight seal and lack of air circulation inside allows for drying of powdered materials and granules. The use of vacuum eliminated the oxidation of active substances, and the hermetic seal protects the material from external contaminants.

Thanks to the possibility of precise temperature setting, it is suitable for tasks in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, university, cosmetic laboratories, as well as in research laboratories of various enterprises, e.g. mining.

Shortened drying time (without condensation) is ensured by the vacuum created inside the chamber. The chamber creates a pressure lower than the ambient atmosphere - up to 133 Pa (0.00133 bar). Vacuum significantly accelerates the drying process. Removing air from the chamber increases the safety level when processing delicate samples, without causing scale and sediment formation.

The vacuum dryer uses a digital PID temperature controller that allows precise maintenance of a constant temperature inside the chamber (up to 250 deg C). The heating intensity can be adjusted with an accuracy of 0.1 deg C.

The durable aluminum shelf placed in the chamber can be easily slid in or out. The tightly sealed door is equipped with a sight window made of pressure-resistant, double glass protecting against heat loss and implosion.

The spacious vacuum chamber (with a capacity of 20 liters) is made of durable, anti-corrosion stainless steel, also resistant to chemical agents. Easy cleaning of the chamber is ensured by smooth internal surfaces and rounded joints.

On the side wall of the device there is a vacuum pump connection valve with a diameter of 16 mm. The vacuum pump is not included with the device.
