The MS 4809 model features a sturdy grinding chamber with a metal auger and a double-sided stainless steel blade. The set includes 3 screens with different hole diameters (3 mm, 5 mm, 7 mm), allowing you to adjust the grind size to a specific recipe—from finely grinding poppy seeds or cheese for cheesecake to coarse pieces of meat. The exceptionally useful reverse function makes it easy to clear the chamber if it becomes blocked by tougher tendons, without having to take the device apart. Additionally, the included meat-stuffing attachment allows you to easily make traditional sausages and kabanos at home.
