The Pors-Moro shipyard in Loctudy, Brittany has successfully collaborated with our partners Malik Lakhal and Karim M’Harthi to fit their latest ‘First Class’ inshore rescue boat with top-quality seating solutions.

🛥️ The newly delivered SNS 12-02 Notre Dame has now reached the Arcachon SNSM life boat station in Gironde, near Bordeaux. This marks an exciting milestone for the Pors-Moro shipyard, known primarily for refurbishing older boats.

👨‍✈️ Seat Configuration:
✅ 3 x MGV35 seats – Fully foldable with wooden backboards that transform into tabletop surfaces for added functionality.
✅ 1 x ISRI 1000/517 seat for the Coxwain, ensuring comfort and control for the captain.

The Arcachon crew expressed great satisfaction with their new inshore rescue boat, and the naval magazine Mer et Marine covered the story in detail.

🌊 UnitedSeats is proud to have contributed to this project, ensuring superior seating solutions for the dedicated SNSM rescue teams. With this successful installation, a series of new boats is now scheduled for other SNSM stations.
