    Subject to an individual agreement and applicable tax rules, certain orders may be arranged directly through a German supplier, including transactions invoiced with 0% VAT and post-payment conditions where legally applicable.

Important information

Goods released under post-payment conditions can only be handed over after the representative's identity and authorization have been verified. Carlat.com may request additional institutional confirmation where necessary.

Invoice preparation

Invoices are prepared in formats suitable for public sector accounting, document management, and applicable legal requirements.

Paper invoice A printed invoice may be included with the order or provided separately.
Electronic invoice Electronic invoices are issued in accordance with current legislation and agreed institutional requirements.
