Bemar HENDI Ranger gradually heats the contents of a GN container or maintains it at a controlled, constant temperature without burning or boiling. The rounded corners of the water tank make cleaning the device much easier. The housing and water container are made of stainless steel. The bain marie can also accommodate a combination of smaller GN containers, such as 2×GN 1/2 or 3×GN 1/3. Placing GN 1/6 containers is also possible provided that a support strip is used (not included in the set, available for purchase separately: 808153, 808108). The temperature is regulated using a knob - 6 heating levels. The device has overheating protection. It is an ideal, reliable solution for professional kitchens and self-service buffets.
