The surface of the handles is textured and highly rough, which prevents it from slipping out of your hand (anti-slip). The handles have a BACTIPROOF SILVERreg coating to reduce the accumulation of bacteria to a minimum. It has increased resistance to high temperatures. Perfect for quartering and cutting raw meat. The knife is not suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
