The combination of the rear edge and the removable fat drawer makes the device easy to keep clean. The plate with dimensions of 518×330 mm is made of 8 mm thick sheet metal, which perfectly distributes and maintains heat and can be safely cleaned with specially designed tools (scrapers, brushes).
