The ÓPERA series is a series of solid, classic, universal knives for many applications. The knife was made in Spain. The slightly smoothed surface at the cutting edge "silk edge #8221 makes cutting even more precise than with standard knives. Blades made of innovative, martensitic stainless steelNITRUMreg with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Blades with a rounded back, forged from one piece of steel. Handles made of POM, they are perfectly balanced and directly connected to the shank using stainless steel rivets. The handle is separated from the blade with a profiling that protects the fingers. The knife is not dishwasher safe.
