Made entirely of stainless steel, it has three separate chambers, two with cooking baskets and one with a GN 1/3 container.
All chambers have a water drain and separate temperature control. Thanks to this solution, you can prepare dishes of different flavors and one chamber to keep the finished dishes warm and the others with different temperature for cooking.
