Overview
1.5-liter Milk Pot, Kinghoff Steel
A milk pot is a unique staple in every kitchen. You can bring milk to a boil quickly and easily. The product features a convenient black handle that ensures a secure and stable grip during use. The built-in whistle allows you to bring milk to a boil without burning or overcooking it. With its help, you can make a delicious pudding, which—in addition to serving it with raspberry juice—you can also use as a base for the cream to layer between the layers of a homemade Karpatka cake.
Perfect for heating milk and preparing sauces, melting butter, chocolate, and other dishes that require a double boiler. Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction cooktops.
A built-in whistle signals when the milk is boiling. The pot is designed with an empty space between its walls; pour water into this space before cooking to prevent the milk from boiling over and burning. Instructions for use:
Before each use, remove the whistle and pour in water by tilting the pot at a 45° angle. Then, after straightening the pot, pour out any excess water and replace the whistle with the opening facing upward. Pour milk into the pot, leaving 3–4 cm of space from the top edge of the pot.
The whistle will signal when the milk is boiling. Do not allow the pot to overheat. Never heat any food without water between the pot’s walls—always pour water through the whistle’s opening before use.
