The MSW Styrofoam cutting machine is a device for processing insulation such as Styrofoam, Styrodur or polystyrene using a hot wire. It is suitable for renovation and renovation of medium and large buildings. It allows cutting with millimeter precision. The device easily cuts even large boards up to 1300 mm long and up to 330 mm deep. Side supports prevent large insulation boards from moving. Feets allow you to quickly place the machine against a wall or on a scaffolding. Working with the device is very simple. Just press the button and thanks to the 200 W transformer, the clipper will be ready for use in a few seconds. When cutting, the hot wire slides effortlessly along the guide rail through the insulating material. This results in straight, smooth and clean edges without burrs. Guides, scale and adjustable depth allow you to achieve millimeter accuracy. The IP68 transformer is waterproof. Thanks to its solid aluminum construction and coated plate, the machine is very light. The guillotine can be easily installed on the table. The set includes five cutting wires made of a nickel-chromium-copper alloy. This special material is ideal for processing insulation because it is not only particularly resistant to corrosion, but is also resistant to high temperatures. Only when the wire heats up will the edges of the Styrofoam melt, allowing for precise and smooth cuts.
