The handles made of POM are perfectly balanced and directly connected to the shank using rivets made of stainless steel. The handles have a BACTIPROOF SILVERreg coating to reduce the accumulation of bacteria to a minimum. It has increased resistance to high temperatures. The knife is not dishwasher safe.
