Politique d’expédition

Place an order, choose the preferred payment and delivery method to receive your new seat as quickly as possible. We offer to pick up the goods at our office, deliver to your desired address, or pick up at one of the delivery points.

Get from Carlat warehouse. The ordered product can be received at the warehouse in Riga, Aleksandra Čaka street 81, LV1011, every working day from 10:00 - 17:00 and within 7 days from the moment when the package is ready for delivery. In the event that the prepayment for the product has not been made, your order will be canceled after the given deadline. You can pay in cash, with a bank card or with a bank transfer.

Delivery to your address by courier service. In order for the courier to be able to deliver the package to you, you must add your phone number when placing the order. The courier will contact you to agree on the delivery time.

• Upon receipt of the product, before signing the delivery note, the buyer is obliged to visually assess the outer packaging of the product in the presence of the courier, whether there are any visual defects of the packaging or the product. If defects are discovered, the buyer has the right to accept the product and to immediately inform the seller about the said fact, so that the damaged product can be replaced as soon as possible - exchange form.
• When choosing delivery by courier, the goods are delivered only to the front door of the building. Therefore, we ask you to take care of the further bringing of the product into the premises.

Receive Omniva in a parcel (seats are not delivered in parcels due to their dimensions). It is possible to receive the product in an Omniva package only if you make a prepayment. When confirming the order, choose the parcel closest to you. After the delivery of the product to your package, you will receive a code for opening the package in a text message to the specified phone. The shipment is stored in the package for 7 days. If you do not collect the package before the end of the storage period, it will be sent back to the sender and will be stored in our central warehouse (depending on the type of product, dimensions and duration of storage, additional storage costs may be calculated for it).
