The Prismafood pizza oven allows you to bake up to three 600x400 mm pizza trays or 3 ø450 mm pizzas at the same time, or more smaller pizzas. The glass door and internal chamber lighting (12 V) allow you to observe the pizza baking in the chamber. The bottom of the chamber is lined with chamotte for quick and even heating of the chamber. The device has separate temperature control thanks to separate thermostats for each heater. The front of the stove is made of stainless steel, and the rest of the casing is made of black painted steel.
