The double-sided meat grinder from Hendi has two working surfaces. The first with triangular bumps intended for breaking beef, pork, and the second smooth for breaking poultry and fish. It was made of high quality aluminium resistant to scratching and mechanical damage. The big advantage of the bump is its long handle, which allows you to grab at any angle.
