The Millennial Black Mask combi steamer is distinguished by a black,7-inch, touch-sensitive control panel, which completely disappears into the black surround of the oven door when the oven is turned off. It is equipped with guides forGn 1/1 containers, it can hold 11 trays. The chamber and casing of the furnace are made of highclass AISI 304 stainless steel, the chamber is embossed with rounded cornerswhich makes cleaning the furnace easier. Safe doors -opening lock at 60deg, 90deg, 120deg and 180˚prevent operator burns through uncontrolled door movement after opening, and thedouble-glazed door to the chamber and LED lighting make it easier to observe the processes taking place in the furnace.
