The upper part of the casing is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the remaining part of the casing without the top is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. The tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and has a capacity of 10 l. The heater was placed at the bottom of the chamber, with a cover. The device has a direct connection to the water network. The fresh water valve knob is located on the front control panel. The temperature is regulated using the knob in the range: from 30deg C to 120deg C. The indicator light indicates that the set temperature has been reached. The machine has a removable spout for used water and a holder for baskets intended for straining the contents. A mechanical lock is used to protect against accidental opening of the drain valve. For safety, the equipment has overheating protection with reset on the front control panel.
