HENDI's ⅓ ribbed grill plate is made of hardened stainless steel and can reach temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius, which makes it ideal for preparing fatty meats, such as burgers and sausages. At the same time, the smooth side of the grill is also perfect for preparing eggs or pancakes. The combination of the rear edge and the removable fat drawer makes the device easy to keep clean. The plate with dimensions 688×410 mm is made of 8 mm thick sheet metal, which perfectly distributes and maintains heat and can be safely cleaned with specially designed tools (scrapers, brushes). The grill has two separately adjustable heating zoneswith a power of 1750 W and a zone without a heater that uses waste heat.
