The gas grill plate reaches temperatures from 50 to 300 degrees Celsius.The heating level is set using the knob. The device is turned on using piezoelectric ignition. In addition, the model also has an ignition flame. The device is factory set to I3B/P(50) gas, which is ideal for many catering kitchens. The scope of delivery includes two sets of nozzles for converting the grill plate to natural gas or LPG. Height-adjustable legs ensure a stable position even on uneven surfaces.
