The cutting quality is comparable to professional knives, but thanks to a mandolin, slices, sticks or vegetable decorations are always as perfect, precisely even and much faster. The mandolin comes with one built-in flat blade, the cutting thickness is easily and smoothly adjusted using a knob. The set also includes 3 replaceable julienne blades with thicknesses: 1 mm, 2 mm, 8 mm.
