The Ambrogio Sanelli brand saw is a basic tool for butchers, it can also be used in professional kitchens for cutting or processing food products. The tool frame is made of powder-coated carbon steel (AISI570). The profiled handle and blade lock are made of modified Haiplen polypropylene, which increases safety. The blades with dimensions of 450 x 20 mm arereplaceable, made of stainless steel (AISI420) with a hardness of 54-55HRC.
