A high-quality manual meat grinder. A product from the renowned Kinghoff brand, model KH-1432. This version of the grinder is designed for both electric motor and manual operation. An important part of the grinder is the precision-fit worm gear mounted on a bearing, which, when set in slow rotational motion (driven manually by a crank/wheel or by a motor) moves the pieces of meat toward the grinding blades, which rotate with the worm gear, mincing the meat as it is forced through a disc with small, sharp-edged holes.
