The screw conveyor is perfect for constantly replenishing pellet presses. With a capacity of 80 - 1000 kg/h, you can precisely adjust the speed of the screw feeder to the requirements of the press. In this way, you can optimize work, increase productivity and obtain perfect pellets in a short time. The height of the conveyor can be adjusted on seven levels in the range from 125 to 175 cm. Just place a 3 m long pipe on four wheels and place the conveyor outlet over the hopper of the pellet machine. Sawdust or other materials are easily loaded into the large conveyor inlet. It can be reduced or enlarged depending on the volume of the product. The raw material reaches the press evenly through a transport pipe with a diameter of 220 mm. Thanks to the thickness of 3 mm, the pipe is particularly durable and suitable for continuous use, even at high efficiency.
