The donut frying machine by Royal Catering will effectively improve the operation of bakeries, donut shops, confectioneries and supermarkets.

The device is designed for portioning, forming, frying and turning a large number of donut-type baked goods. The entire process is fullyautomated. The machine has high efficiency, up to 900 donuts in one hour. There are three sizes to choose from: small (diameter 4-5cm), medium (6-7cm), large (8-9cm). The 6-liter oil tank guarantees even frying and the tap facilitates pouring off the fat. The appropriate amount of formed dough falls from the dispenser onto the heated oil. The belt moves the donuts and a special mechanism turns them to the other side. Ready baked goods are placed on a tray provided (not included). The machine forms a maximum of two donuts at the same time. The most important elements of the machine are made ofstainless steel. The device has protection against overheating. Adjustable legs ensure stability.
