The HENDI UNIQ electric heater was designed by the renowned Dutch designer Robert Bronwasser and is available in 3 stylish colors. The device has a modern housing and is distinguished by several unusual functions. Just plug it in, fill the container with water, and the heater will keep casseroles, meats, cooked vegetables, pasta, sauces and other dishes at a constant, ideal serving temperature. The housing is made of high temperature resistant polypropylene. The removable GN 1/1 insert with a height (H) of 100 mm made of AISI 304 stainless steel is easy to clean. The heater is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, placed in the water insert for efficient heat transfer. The lid is made of tempered glass and is equipped with an insulated handle, a cutout for a ladle and an aluminum hinge. The special two-piece construction of the cover reduces heat loss when opening, while maintaining optimal work hygiene. There is a holder on the lid for a label with the name of the dish. The electronic control panel displays the operating time, the set temperature and the currently set temperature. The last temperature setting is saved in memory and is automatically selected when the device is turned on. Bain-marie is not intended for cooking, it is only used to keep warm.
