Application Guide
Review the gun instructions and coating manufacturer's application requirements.
Check that the container thread, coating viscosity, nozzle and seals are suitable.
Shake, stir or condition the material according to its label.
Remove the original closure and any transport seal.
Position the gun's suction tube correctly inside the container.
Tighten the compatible container to the gun and check that the connection is sealed.
Attach the gun to a regulated compressor using a suitable air hose.
Perform a test application to confirm pressure, material flow and spray pattern.
Use smooth, controlled passes on underbody and chassis surfaces.
Use the flexible hose when treating suitable enclosed sections and withdraw it slowly during spraying.
Disconnect the air supply and release stored pressure before removing the container.
Clean the gun, suction tube, outlet and cavity hose using a method approved for the applied material.
