The Hendi semi-automatic water softener will allow you toextend the life of catering equipment. An ion exchange process takes place in the softener in which calcium and magnesium ions, responsible for water hardness, are captured by the ion exchange resin located inside the softener. This reduces the costs of servicing catering equipment by effectively preventing the build-up of scale.
