Manual workshop washer is a versatile device designed for manual cleaning of mechanical elements, especially in car services and industrial workshops. Perfect for removing greasy dirt, grease and other contaminants from car parts and tools. The stationary model is designedfor a barrel with a capacity of 200 Land operates based on the closed circulation of the washing liquid. The cleaning process is carried out using a flow brush through which the cleaning agent is pumped.

Principle of operation of the washer:

Washing takes place on a perforated worktop with a drip tray underneath. Contaminants dissolved by the washing liquid flow down by gravity - heavier sediments stop at the bottom of the bathtub, while lighter oil compounds go to the filtering system. In a closed system, the washing fluid is returned to circulation, which ensures efficiency and economy of work. The circulation of liquid is supported by a suction-pressure pump, and the intensity of flow through the brush can be precisely adjusted using a flow valve. A barrel containing a cleaning and degreasing liquid is placed directly under the worktop.
