Robust grill pan for casting aluminium "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" from the Profi Line series Hendi brands are a vessel that will be used at outdoor events, restaurants, hotels and other catering facilities. It is characterized by high quality of production and up to 30% energy savings, which is particularly important in the HoReCa industry.
The body of the rigged pan was made of hard aluminum casting and coated with a Whitfordreg Xylan coating, which prevents food from sticking to the top and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The design of the pan has been enriched with a titanium layer between aluminium and a non-stick coating, which makes it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
