The Arktic brand shock chiller is a compact device that perfectly meets the needs of catering companies, wedding houses and restaurants. A chamber with dimensions of 340x365x(H)270 mm equipped with 3 pairs of guides with a distance of 68 mm will accommodate 3 GN 2/3 containers. The device has an automatic storage function - after completing the set cycle, the device switches to the normal operating mode (cooling or freezing). An acoustic and visual open door alarm and a microswitch that interrupts the device's operation when the chamber door is opened will ensure that the products are kept at the optimal temperature. A built-in thermostat with a digital display will allow you to constantly monitor the operation of the device. The housing and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
