The Millennial Smart Gastro convection steam oven by Tecnoeka was created for the gastronomy industry. It has a smaller baking chamber equipped with guides for 5 600x400 mm baking trays.The oven is electromechanically controlled using 3 knobs. Dishes can be prepared in dry, hot air or with 5-degree steaming. Steam is produced by direct water spray. The furnace has temperature regulation in the range of 100 - 270 deg C. The door has an opening lock at 60 deg, 90 deg, 120 deg and 180 deg to prevent operator burns due to uncontrolled door movement after opening. Double glass doors and LED lightingmake it easier to control baking. The outer glass of the oven is gravity cooled for increased safety. The door has a hinge on the right side. Convenient opening of the inner door glass makes it easier to clean. The door seal is made of thick and high-temperature-resistant silicone. It is mounted in the furnace housing and can be easily replaced without the need to call the service. The furnace casing is insulatedwhich saves electricity and ensures greater safety. The drain under the door prevents condensed steam from dripping, especially during mixed and steam cooking. The oven chamber is made of high-class AISI 304 stainless steel. The embossed baking chamber has rounded corners, which makes cleaning the oven easier. The tightness coefficient is IPX4. Adjustable legs enable perfect leveling of the stove. Connection to electricity, treated water and sewage is required.
