The Evolution Next combi-steam oven by Tecnoeka is a modern, efficient and reliable device, ideal for virtually all cooking and baking applications. It ensureseven heat distributionthanks to the fans. The furnace casing and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Solid "L"-shaped guides allow you to place4 GN 1/1 trays (not included). The distance between the guides is 73 mm. The device's door is glazed, double-layered, gravity-ventilated and opens from the top. Two fans are self-reverse, with 2 speeds (main and reduced). The furnace has a modern control panel with colorful icons. Humidification is direct, 10-step and electronically controlled. The controls are cooled. The device is equipped with a pre-heating function up to 180 degrees Celsius. The oven is programmable and has 99 programs, each with 4 steps. The temperature is adjustable in the range of 30-260deg C.
