The 600 liters chamber has24 removable stainless steel gratesthat provide enough space for drying up to 90 kg of food at the same time. Thanks to the power of 5850 W, the heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature in the range of 40 to 90 degrees Celsius. It also keeps it at a constant level thanks to the temperature control system. The 360deg hot air circulation system distributes the heat evenly inside the dryer. This makes it also suitable for refreshing food. Setting the temperature and timer for up to 15 hours is intuitive and user-friendly thanks to the knob on the front. The chamber, casing and inserts are made of stainless steel, they are easy to clean and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows you to view the drying process at any time without having to open the door.
