Kinghoff 8-Piece Dumpling-Making Tool Set, Stainless Steel

This 8-piece dumpling-making set is made of durable, sturdy stainless steel that is easy to use and easy to clean. -Rinse with water shortly after use.

Make the dumpling dough. We recommend this recipe (makes 50 dumplings): 2 cups of fine-grain flour (type 450); 1 cup of hot water, 0.25 cups of oil, 1 egg yolk. Knead the dough, then roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin sheet.

First, use a dumpling-making set (with round cutters) or a movable cutter with a handle to form the dumpling wrappers, then place the wrapper on a foldable dumpling mold. Spoon a small amount of filling onto the dough using a spatula, then moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Finally, fold and press firmly to seal the dumpling perfectly. This allows you to make a large quantity of dumplings quickly and easily.

The set makes it easy to make dumplings, ravioli, fruit tarts, and puff pastries. Since the surface of the product is relatively sharp, use it with caution to prevent cuts.
