This knife is made of high-quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with a high carbon content (1.4028/X30Cr13. A key feature of this steel is its resistance to all types of scratches and scuffs, as well as its enhanced resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chromium-molybdenum steel, which is exceptionally hard, resistant to deformation, and easy to sharpen. The knife was crafted according to traditional methods from a single piece of steel. The transition between the blade and the handle is seamless. The handles are ergonomically shaped and provide a secure, non-slip grip.
