The grill set includes4.5 kgof lava stones, which are heated with efficient natural gas by 2 separate burners, providing an even heating surface with optimal, even heat distribution. The grill reaches temperatures ranging from 0 to 460 degrees Cand the lava stones absorb and store heat, thanks to which the dishes are prepared continuously and gently. Excess fat flows from the grill plate into the drip tray, allowing for easy removal of residues. The stainless steel frame and steel grate are easy to keep clean.
