Questions
What is Wheel-Well Guard Black HD designed for?
It is designed for wheel wells, rocker panels and other high-impact underbody areas exposed to gravel, salt, mud and road debris.
Is it the same as NHOU® Black Oil Coating?
No. Wheel-Well Guard Black HD is a much thicker heavy-duty compound intended for impact-prone surfaces. NHOU® Black Oil Coating is a more penetrating rust-prevention oil for seams, chassis sections and broader corrosion-protection work.
Can it be applied with a brush?
Yes. A suitable heavy-duty brush may be used for controlled manual application. Other approved tools may be used according to the product and equipment instructions.
Can it be sprayed with a standard undercoating gun?
A standard thin-coating gun may not be suitable because of the product's heavy consistency. Use only application equipment specifically approved for thick compounds.
Can it be applied over rust?
Loose rust, scale, grease, salt and contamination should be removed before application. Severely corroded or structurally damaged metal should be repaired before coating.
Does it dry like ordinary paint?
It is intended to remain a flexible protective compound rather than forming the same hard, brittle surface as conventional paint.
How much area does one 18kg bucket cover?
Coverage depends on surface shape, coating thickness, product loss and the required protection level. Refer to the current technical documentation or determine consumption through a controlled test area.
Does the coating require maintenance?

How it goes on
Inspect the surface
